A hell of a day around the ‘net
This is one for the books: a customer server crashed, our ISP had a major outage, and there was a massive EDGE outage for iPhone customers(including me). Arrgh.
I’m working on a review of Michael Lopp’s fantastic book Managing Humans. Check out the link, it’s really cool. This book is so good my employees couldn’t put it down.
